What sql data type to use

I've used Access to model a new database that now needs to be created in SQL Server Express.

Wow - that's alot of data types!

Can someone tell me what the SQL version of the Access Memo data type is?

The Memo data type functions like the Text except that it can hold a longer text up to 64000 characters. The text is mostly provided as ASCII. This means that there is no formatting.
