    Relational DATABASE Management System!

Earlier human was using a flat file system.Flat File System included the files which were been made manually in a notebook or in a paper.Later, stage came when there was need for providing better information in a sorted manner and it was discussed as that need for mare relevant and pure form of data. Now, you will ask what is pure form of data? Data in which redundancy or duplicated data is not present.
Data everyday is modified and is maintained. So if the person is doing a paper work it will take lot of time to make it again. Then the role of the database came.Database is nothing but it is the bulk of data which is stored.
MS-ACCESS, DBMS, RDBMS, Oracle,SQL are few languages which are used.
DataBase Management System i.e. DBMS is used to store data without showing any relation, RDBMS stands for Relational DataBase Management System showing relation between the fields of the tables, this had helped in maintaining the database in a more sorted form.It helped in easier access too.

RDBMS has few terms which is to be understood:
1.Record: it is the data and the relation between that related data i.e. name of an employee and his address and salary, these all are related data of a single employee.
2.Fields: the fields are those attributes which are helpful in knowing the category of the related data, for e.g. Roll No, Student name, Student address, Books issued etc.
3.Data: it is the raw data which does not have any meaning, for e.g. 50, what is 50 it can be the age or roll no of the student or employee no and so on.
4.Information: it is the processed data which has some meaning for e.g. 50 is the roll no of the student.

Keeping these aspects in mind on can operate a database, creation of the database in based on the attributes/ fields, the fields should be unique one and should be according to user convenience.
