    ROLE of DBA in DATABSE

    Database is the collection of the records and these records are in bulk.
    And DBA stands for Database Administrator.DBA performs following tasks:

    1.The role of DBA is to ***ign the authority to the users.
    2.DBA helps in providing the access i.e. read-only, read-write and other access to the users.
    3.Its main work is to maintain the database.
    4.Alterations in the database is made by the Database Administrator
    5.DBA maintains the security of the database.

      A database administrator (short form DBA) is a person responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of databases in an organization.

        Its not necessary that DBA will be a person DBA can also be a machine or robot controlling all the tasks of a DBA.
        DBA is responsible for controlling and executing all the tasks related to the data base in any organisation.
        DBA should have the knowledge of data base design which helps in proper control over the data base.
        DBA is the one who only has the access to system security data base.
