Google purging directories made with biz-directory script

I think Google has banned lot of directories made with biz-directory software even the biz-directory itself. The main reason this script builds lot of similar pages which Google consider as duplicate. I am not against any directory but want to make caution as I have list of more than 10 directories made with same script but banned by Google. If you want ot work with this script make sure that your use rebots.txt to exclude add_url.php
