Alexa is not showing perfect results while there are many backlinks it shows only 2 or 3.

Alexa rankings are based only on the volume of traffic a website gets daily or monthly. The more traffic the better.

Might be. As it shows the volume of traffic so anyway it is going to be taken into consideration but don't know exactly how.
