I just needed suggestions regarding inverseflow.com helpdesk system .
they seem to have a great heldpesk system . does anyone have any experience with their system .
Any help will be appreciated before i shell my dollars out

I have tested this version it is not that great as compare to perldesk .Well I will suggest to try some free version first
