How to use google + for SEO

I hear that google + is more beneficial for SEO but i have no idea how to use it that purpose can some some tell me?

Same as facebook

I think its same like facebook i have one or two time visit it and try to understand it.

As google+ and facebook are both S.N. sites and also have somwhow same features but in google+ you have one thing called as CIRCLE so that you can add folks as per your category like business, family, friends etc..

As this is just begining stage so there is lot more changes will likely to come in google+ inorder to become top S.N. site.
