    What is Google Dance

In SEO Google Dance is an out-dated slang term used to describe the period of time in which Google used to rebuild its rankings, and as a result of this rebuilding, rankings of Web sites on Google's SERP may fluctuate in order during a several day period.

Google Dance is a real effect that has measurable consequences in a particular website’s rankings after some on or off page optimization. The Google Dance might even “de-index” your website for a couple of days but will almost certainly improve your rankings after it is gone

Google updated their index by recalculating the page ranks of each of the webpages that they have crawled. The period during the update is called as Google Dance.
