    What is more effective On Page SEO or Off Page?

    Off page SEO and On page SEO both are use for optimising a website but i want to know which one is best. Please guide me!

    Both are effective If you will do proper On page your keyword will appear directly on the third page or second page and to push them on 1st page you have to do Off page that is Link building.
