    OpenIDEO Improve Your Collaboration: Update Your Settings

    Conversation is at the heart of collaboration, right? Get your collaboration clogs on by updating your email notification settings! Unfortunately during our pre-Xmas site outage, all of our users' notification settings were overwritten. This means that if folks comment on your posts and reply to your comments, that you no longer receive email updates to let you know to come back and join the conversation. We're keen to let everyone know so we can get back to what we all do best here at OpenIDEO: collaborating.

    Your feedback has been that our email notifications feature fuels discussion and collaboration across OpenIDEO – so we hope you'll take a minute to reset your email preferences:

    • Go to your profile
    • Hit the Edit button on the right
    • Scroll down to Email Notifications
    • Update to receive updates as they happen or as a daily digest.
