Does a hyperlink apply only to text?

Hello guys, please make this clear to me, a hyperlink is only apply on text?? There is no other use of hyperlink?

No,Hyperlink can be applied to text as well as images,vedios,numbers or any other HTML property. No you can apply it anywhere.
