It Is Possible To Insert A HTML Template Into Microsoft Word Document?

Hi,
Is there anyway for me to insert HTMLfree templates or text into a Microsoft Word document?
I am creating a web page from MW and there is a HTML background I would like to insert but don't know how. Is there a setting I click and insert the HTML text and it will appear in the form of a template/layout/image? I have asked this before but didn't word it correctly.
I did like to know the steps on how to do I.

2.Now open the web page which will be created
3.View its source
4.in source code one can write html code
