Html code for voting bar?

Is there any web site design company which helps for my voting bar in HTML coding, actually I don't know very much about html but using html I need to put a little bar/strip on my website that will allow users to vote and then it will display the average rating. I don't want a poll with multiple selections I just want something with like 5 stars and then you can select up to five stars as your rating. If possible I would like to just use a website that will just allow me to copy and paste the html.
Heres the actual scenario that I am going to use the voting for.
I have several links to articles and I want to put a small strip next to the link with the average rating and a way for the user to rate that article.
